NPD Technologist
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated NPD Technologist to join a Dublin-based food company and help bring new products from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role for someone curious about innovation, product development, and brand growth, with exposure to the full product lifecycle in a busy, cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate NPD projects from approval to launch, tracking timelines and milestones
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Support brand initiatives and help maintain consistency across communications and materials
- Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities
- Assist with sustainability reporting and data collection
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Effective project coordination and progress tracking
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market and product insights
- Relevant technical qualification in food science or similar
