Our client a West of Ireland construction company is continuing to strengthen its commercial capability across both private and public sector markets, creating a brand-new Business Development role within its commercial function.This position has been designed to bring a unified, structured, and proactive approach to how new business is identified, developed, and secured — supporting sustainable, long-term commercial growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, Strategic Business Development position with responsibility for Creating, Implementing, and Managing a Structured Business Development function. Working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams, you will support strategic decision-making through high-quality market intelligence, disciplined CRM management, and proactive opportunity tracking — ensuring the business is well positioned within both private and public construction markets.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in B usiness Development Operations and CRM Management, ideally within construction or the built environment
