We are working with an established financial services broker in Clonmel who is looking to add an experienced Mortgage Advisor to their team on an initial six-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, guiding them through the mortgage journey and managing applications from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll join a professional, client-focused brokerage where you can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

The Role

You will manage mortgage cases across the full application lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients while liaising with lenders and other relevant parties to keep applications progressing efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion

• Meeting and speaking with clients to understand their financial circumstances and mortgage requirements

• Providing suitable mortgage advice and explaining available options clearly

• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications to lenders

• Liaising with banks, lenders, clients, solicitors and other relevant parties

• Following up on applications and keeping clients informed throughout the process

• Ensuring all client documentation and files meet regulatory and compliance requirements

• Delivering a high standard of client service throughout the mortgage journey

What We’re Looking For

You will ideally have previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar mortgage-focused position within a brokerage, bank or financial services environment.

You should have strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy pipeline of cases.

QFA or APA qualification essential
