Mortgage Administrator – Sales Support
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to support the end-to-end mortgage process. You will work closely with Mortgage Advisors, clients, lenders and solicitors to ensure applications progress efficiently from submission through to drawdown.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and monitor mortgage applications.
- Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit applications via lender portals and manage underwriting queries.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and valuers throughout the mortgage process.
- Support Mortgage Advisors with case preparation and pipeline management.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Skills & Experience
- QFA qualified with CPD requirements up to date.
- Minimum 1 year's mortgage administration experience within a broker environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
