Membership Administrator required for full time, permanent, onsite role based in Dublin 6W
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Membership Administrator to join a small, collaborative team. This is a varied role that combines administration, member engagement and general office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Management
- Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process new memberships, renewals and cancellations
- Support member engagement initiatives and communications
Events & Coordination
- Assist in the planning and coordination of member events
General Administration
- Provide broad administrative support to the team
- Maintain organised records and filing systems
- Support day-to-day operational activities as needed
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
Salary on offer is €36k-€40k per annum depending on experience
Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
