Member Services Officer
Location: Limerick | 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
Dual Role: 2.5 days Call Centre & 2.5 days Sub Office
About the Role
We are seeking a Member Services Officer / Member Services Executive to join a busy financial services team in Limerick.
You will provide excellent service to members across phone, email, online and face-to-face channels, while supporting lending, account servicing and general operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality member service across all channels
- Process loan applications and support lending queries
- Assist with account servicing, transactions and general member support
- Handle cash/teller duties where required
- Carry out back-office and administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and efficient service delivery
- Support and guide junior staff
- Handle more complex member queries and escalations
- Assist with coaching and service improvements

- Good IT skills
Requirements
- Minimum competency qualification (QFA / APA / CU qualification or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of lending or account servicing processes
