My client, a well-established Credit Union in Cork City, is seeking to appoint a Member Services Executive to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys working in a member focused environment and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and supportive organisation.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to members while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key responsibilities will include:

Providing professional and efficient service to members via phone, email and online channels, with occasional face-to-face interaction when required

Processing loan applications and assisting members with account queries and account management

Supporting members across a range of financial services including savings, loans and general account enquiries

Assisting with credit control queries and member account support

Carrying out a range of back-office administrative and operational duties

Supporting colleagues within the team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:

APA or QFA Required

Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a financial institution such as a credit union, bank or similar environment

Strong customer service and member relationship management skills

Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good IT and systems skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
