Member Services Officer – 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Location: Dublin City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
An established and well regarded financial services organisation in Dublin city centre is seeking a Member Services Officer to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy member-focused environment and play a key role in delivering high quality service.
The Role
The Member Services Officer will provide frontline service to members while also supporting the day-to-day administration and operations of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing member transactions including lodgements, withdrawals and approved loan drawdowns
- Providing professional and friendly service to members via face-to-face, phone and email
- Supporting the processing and administration of loan applications
- Carrying out back-office administrative and operational tasks
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial services or a relevant business qualification is desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented approach with a professional and friendly manner
