Our client, a growing Irish-owned mechanical contractor, is hiring a Mechanical Site Supervisor to deliver commercial fit-out projects across Dublin & surrounding countries, including offices, schools, and similar developments.
This is a site based role leading mechanical works on fast paced, high-spec fit out projects.
What you will do
- Oversee mechanical installations across HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems on fit-out projects
- Manage subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Carry out daily site inspections and monitor quality standards
- Review RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation
- Assess method statements, permits, and risk controls before works begin
- Attend coordination and safety meetings, ensuring smooth site delivery
- Support contract variations, scope changes, and cost control
What you need
- 5+ years experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services
- Experience managing subcontractors in live or fast-track environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling
- Full clean drivers licence
