M&E Coordination Administrator

Working hours: Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)
Salary: €35k - €40k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a M&E Coordination Administrator to support their engineering and project teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the construction and Mechanical & Electrical sector, supporting the coordination and administration of projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to M&E and project teams
- Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and project documentation
- Coordinate phone calls, emails, meetings, site visits, and project schedules
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Support project coordination, purchase orders, quotations, and general project paperwork
- Assist with timesheet logging, invoice processing, and database management
- Identify and suggest process improvements to support efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the M&E and construction sector
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification in Construction Management (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
- Previous administrative or project support experience
- Exposure to the mechanical, electrical, or wider construction sector
