Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field walkdowns to check and verify equipment.
  • Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly labeled assets.
  • Capture photos, GPS coordinates, and equipment details.
  • Update asset management systems with accurate information, including locations, hierarchies, BOMs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Build or correct asset hierarchy structures and apply proper classifications.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, IT, and project teams.
  • Prepare walkdown logs, discrepancy reports, and verification documents.
  • Ensure data meets SOPs, GMP/GxP, and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years working with asset management systems (IBM Maximo preferred).
  • Understanding of asset hierarchies and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and layout diagrams.
  • Familiarity with ISO, API, or GMP standards (preferred).
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing, lab, or utility environments.
  • Experience in asset data collection, inventory projects, or life sciences manufacturing.
