The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career or an established supervisor seeking a new challenge.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a team of maintenance technicians while playing a key role in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
- Driving preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and team rotas.
- Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency projects across the site.
- Assisting with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs..
- Supporting spare parts management, maintenance planning, and project work.
- Stepping in for the Maintenance Manager when required.
What We're Looking For
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician and at least 2 years' experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and automation along with good electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
