Maintenance Supervisor – Days Role
An established Irish manufacturer with decades of experience is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor due to an internal promotion. The company operates from a modern, BRCGS-certified facility and is known for its focus on quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.
This is a days-only role commutable from Mallow, Mitchelstown, Charleville, Castletownroche, Ballyhooly, Doneraile, Kilworth, Glanworth, Rathcormac, Kildorrery, Shanballymore, Youghal, Lismore, Cappoquin, Dungarvan, Listowel, Clonmel, Cahir, and Carrick-on-Suir.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
- Plan and schedule preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Maintain the site asset register and PM schedules
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure safety compliance
- Manage tools, spare parts, and contractor relationships
- Provide hands-on support and problem-solving when required
