An exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take the lead in a high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environment in West Cork.
This is a key leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape maintenance strategy, develop a strong team and drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the site.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a skilled maintenance team
- Own planned, preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance
- Drive equipment reliability and minimise downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, materials and spares
- Lead Lean, PDCA and Practical Problem-Solving initiatives
- Analyse maintenance KPIs and turn data into action
- Drive improvements in energy efficiency and sustainability
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
- Balance daily operational demands with longer-term maintenance strategy
👇 What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience leading a Maintenance or Production team in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Engineering qualification or recognised time-served apprenticeship
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance Systems
- Proven Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring capability
- Good MS Office and numerical/data analysis skills
