Our client, a leading and ever growing food manufacturing company, is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their production facility in Cork.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance and engineering activities across the site
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance
- Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee facilities and utilities including refrigeration, HVAC, steam, water, and compressed air systems
- Lead and develop the engineering team
- Work closely with Production and Operations teams to support manufacturing targets
- Manage contractors, maintenance systems, KPIs, and engineering budgets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and health & safety standards
Requirements
- Engineering qualification or trade background
- Previous Maintenance Management experience within food production or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing maintenance systems, contractors, and site services
- Strong problem-solving and organisational ability
- Good communication skills
