Candidate Profile
- Do you hold an electrical qualification, either a trade or degree level?
- Do you have at least 5 years experience leading a maintenance team in a production environment, ideally in food manufacturing?
- Have you successfully managed projects and delivered engineering improvements?
- Do you have experience managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team

Drive efficiency and reduce downtime across all plant systems

Implement preventative maintenance and manage CMMS (FLEX)

Install, commission, and maintain new equipment

Manage contractors, budgets, and utilities
