What You’ll Do as Maintenance Manager

Lead and develop the maintenance team, managing rostering, tasks, and performance.

Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance across production processes.

Ensure all maintenance activities meet H&S and Food Safety standards.

Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs, monitor logs, and drive equipment efficiency.

Track KPIs, manage maintenance costs, and liaise with suppliers and field engineers.

Provide technical support to minimise production downtime and resolve issues quickly.
What You’ll Need as Maintenance Manager

Strong mechanical, electrical, and/or fitter skills with relevant qualifications.

Experience in manufacturing, ideally food or FMCG; automated equipment and Multi-Vac systems a plus.

Proven ability to lead a maintenance team, manage KPIs, and solve problems effectively.

Solid understanding of H&S standards and people-centric policies.

Skilled in reading schematics, troubleshooting, and using multi-meters.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; proactive and self-motivated.
