What you will do
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production and site utilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation faults under pressure
- Carry out PLC fault finding and diagnostics
- Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of equipment
- Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability through proactive maintenance activity
- Use CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and work order completion
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
- Support contractors and contribute to site upgrade projects
What we are looking for
- Time served Electrician or relevant Engineering qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance within manufacturing or production
- Strong PLC diagnostics and fault-finding ability
- Experience with PPM systems and CMMS platforms
- Good knowledge of motors, pneumatics, and control systems
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Comfortable working shift patterns including days, nights, and on-call rota
