Candidate Profile
- Do you have a recognised electrical qualification, or are you a time-served electrician?
- Do you have at least 3 years experience in a maintenance role, both planned and reactive, ideally in a food production or FMCG environment?
- Do you have strong knowledge of electrical control systems, PLCs, and industrial mechanical systems?
- Are you confident troubleshooting machinery and equipment, performing wiring installations, and supporting commissioning?
Key Responsibilities

Deliver reactive and planned maintenance across production and site facilities

Install, commission, and troubleshoot plant and equipment

Perform diagnostics and basic programming on PLC/PC controlled machinery

Maximise uptime and minimise downtime across production and utilities

Participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

Manage on-site contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Assist with risk assessments, maintenance documentation, and site reporting
