Locum Doctor – Telephone Triage - Emergency Medicine

We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Doctor to join a professional clinical team providing telephone triage and clinical assessment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor with an Emergency Medicine background who is looking for flexible locum work in a supportive, professional office environment.
The Role
You will provide telephone-based clinical triage, assessing patients, identifying clinical priorities, providing appropriate advice and directing patients to the most appropriate level of care where required.
The successful doctor will work as part of an experienced clinical team from a professional office-based setting in either Dublin or Donegal.
Essential Experience
Applicants must have:
- Experience working as an Emergency Department Registrar in Ireland, or
- Experience as a GP Registrar working within an Emergency Department in Ireland
- Current registration with the Irish Medical Council
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence conducting consultations by telephone
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
