Lending Manager – South Limerick

My client is seeking a Lending Manager to join their expanding team and play a key role in driving loan growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering excellent member service.
About the Role:
You will have responsibility for leading the lending function across multiple channels and branches, ensuring strong credit quality, responsible lending practices, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional member experience. You will also support the development of new lending opportunities across personal, mortgage, business, and community lending.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in lending, underwriting, or credit management
✔ QFA qualified
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔ Experience within financial services / credit union sector preferred
✔ Commercial mindset with strong credit and risk awareness
