Legal Secretary – 12-Month Contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work closely with a solicitor in a busy general practice environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a legal setting, with strong references that can be verified.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the solicitor with day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks

Manage appointments and schedules efficiently

Draft and prepare documents with high attention to detail

Fast and accurate audio typing

Handle client communications in a professional and friendly manner

Work independently, managing tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
