I am assisting this biologics company in the Mid West to recruit for a Lab Analyst (GMP experience) to support the manufacture and release of biological products.
The Lab Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in equipment qualification, method transfer and routine in-process and release testing within the QC lab.
The Lab Analyst will ideally be experienced in the following methods : qPCR, HPLC(essential), Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, DNA extraction, Spectrophotometry.
Key responsibilities of the Lab Analyst Biochemistry HPLC Job include;
- Performing analysis of biopharmaceutical products ,utilising HPLC, qPCR,Western Blot etc.
- Liaising with other members of the quality department to investigate non-conformances
- Performing equipment calibrations and ensuring all instrumentation is in working order
Requirements:
- The successful Lab Analyst will be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline and have min 2 years experience performing pharmaceutical analysis in a GMP environment
- You will be well versed with a range of analytical instrumentation, particularly HPLC and other related technologies.
