Junior Quantity Surveyor
Wexford | €35,000–€45,000 | Hybrid Working
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established company within the construction and glazing sector, based in Wexford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or an ambitious early-career professional to join a growing business, gain hands-on industry experience, and develop their quantity surveying skills within a supportive team.
The role will be office-based in Wexford to provide training and support during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to remote or hybrid working upon successful completion of probation.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Carrying out material take-offs and quantity measurements.

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Maintaining accurate project records and commercial documentation.
The Ideal Candidate

A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline, or relevant practical experience.

Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
