A busy food manufacturing site is looking for a Junior Health & Safety Coordinator to join the team and learn on the job. You’ll be out on the floor, working with different departments, and playing a real part in keeping people safe every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping with day-to-day Health & Safety activities across the site
- Supporting risk assessments, safety checks, and incident reports
- Keeping safety records and training logs up to date
- Getting involved in toolbox talks and safety awareness activities
- Working closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
What We’re Looking For
- Someone keen to start or grow a career in Health & Safety
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
- Organised, reliable, and good at paying attention to detail
- A confident communicator who can chat easily with different teams
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a bonus)
This role is ideal for a graduate or junior candidate who’s proactive, eager to learn, and wants to build solid, practical H&S experience in a supportive environment.
This role may also suit candidates currently working as a Health & Safety Assistant, Junior HSE Officer, or Safety Administrator.
