A hands-on, high-impact position sitting at the intersection of IT administration, enterprise systems, and business intelligence. You will be the primary owner of our ERP environment and reporting infrastructure, working closely with finance, operations, procurement, and leadership to ensure our technology supports the way the business runs day-to-day.
What You'll Be Doing
Systems Administration & Infrastructure
- Manage, configure, and maintain our core ERP platform and associated environments
- Provide day-to-day support to users across finance, procurement, production, planning, and logistics
- Administer system security, user access, permissions, and compliance settings
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions
- Maintain and optimise on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and backups
ERP Ownership
- Oversee platform updates, integrations, workflows, and customisations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance system functionality
- Maintain data integrity, master data management, and process alignment across departments
- Support project-based and production workflows including job costing, procurement cycles, and scheduling
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports for finance, operations, and leadership
- Develop automated reporting solutions connected directly to live business data
- Ensure accuracy, governance, and security across all BI outputs
Operational & Site Support
- Support field teams, workshop staff, and site offices with their technology needs
- Assist with time-tracking, job costing systems, and project-level data requirements
- Ensure technology supports operational workflows, compliance, and safety systems
IT Governance & Projects
- Contribute to improvement initiatives, system upgrades, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
- Document processes, training materials, and technical procedures
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection requirements, and industry standards
- Support day-to-day IT queries in conjunction with our external IT partner
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in an IT systems administration or technical support role
- Proven hands-on experience with an enterprise ERP platform — mandatory
- Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, and business process flows
- Advanced skills in data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting pipelines
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, Active Directory, and security protocols
- Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environment — preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or ERP integration tools
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and process automation platforms
- Background in job costing, production reporting, or procurement workflows
