Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS / WFM implementations, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality targets are met
- Manage global and multi-country rollouts, balancing standardisation with local requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators across multiple workstreams
- Engage senior stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery approach
- Oversee key streams including data migration, integrations, and reporting (HRIS, payroll, ERP)
- Manage RAID, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes through strong governance
- Maintain project plans, reporting, and financial/resource tracking
- Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and delivery accountability across teams
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 8+ years’ Project / Programme Management experience in complex transformation programmes
- Proven delivery of large-scale HRIS / Workforce Management implementations
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Kronos, Workday WFM or similar (essential)
- Experience delivering multi-country/global programmes
- Strong background in retail, hospitality, or logistics environments
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, ERP integrations, and data migration
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong RAID, financial, and resource management capability

- PRINCE2 / PMP certification
- Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe)
- HR/WFM platform certifications
