What you'll do
- Own IT infrastructure across every site: networks, Wi-Fi, servers, end-user devices, telephony and CCTV
- Take ownership of the ERP and POS systems
- Act as the escalation point for hardware, network, ERP and POS issues
- Lead IT for new site openings as the business expands
- Manage external IT providers and run projects from requirements through to go-live
What you'll bring
- Experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager or senior infrastructure lead in a multi-site business
- Hands-on experience with ERP and POS systems
- A strong Microsoft 365 and Microsoft technology background
- Good troubleshooting skills
- The ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
