International Tax Associate Director – Dublin | Hybrid
A highly regarded professional services firm is continuing to invest in its international tax offering and is now appointing an International Tax Associate Director to support the next phase of growth.
This is a senior advisory role, ideal for an experienced international tax specialist who enjoys technically complex work, managing key client relationships and leading high-performing teams. The role offers strong progression potential within a well-established and expanding Irish tax practice.
The Role
You will lead the delivery of international tax services across a diverse client base, advising Irish and multinational organisations on cross-border transactions, international structuring, expansion projects and global tax strategy. The position combines technical leadership, client management, commercial development and team oversight.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of international tax advisory services

Advise clients on cross-border transactions and international tax strategy

Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, priorities and billing

Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Identify and support new business and growth opportunities

Review and provide technical guidance on complex advisory work

Mentor, develop and support junior members of the tax team
Skills & Experience
-
ATT, ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification

Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in international tax within a large practice environment

Strong technical knowledge across international and cross-border tax matters

Proven experience advising multinational clients

Ability to work autonomously while leading teams and client engagements

Strong interpersonal, leadership and people development skills

Commercial mindset with ambition to progress within a high-performing practice
