Internal Sales Support (Builders Providers)

We are looking for an Internal Sales Support professional to join our Dublin North team. This is a key role, helping to ensure our customers receive outstanding service while supporting our sales team and keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements

Previous experience providing excellent face-to-face customer service, in sales or trade counter/construction or builder providers environments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of building/timber materials is a plus, but training will be provided.

Previous internal sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Process and follow up on customer enquiries efficiently and accurately.

Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of products.

Support our External Sales Representatives to guarantee orders are handled correctly.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, helping to foster long-term loyalty.

Assist with Trade Counter sales and enquiries during busy periods.
