Experience
- 4–6 years in ICT project delivery within structured project environments
- ERP/finance system implementations (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central) and/or grants management systems (e.g. SmartSimple)
- Working with internal stakeholders and/or third-party vendors in a project delivery context
- Business analysis – requirements gathering and process mapping
- Data migration – mapping, validation and reconciliation
- System testing – test script preparation, execution and defect tracking
Competencies
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle
- Strong organisational skills – able to manage tasks across multiple workstreams
- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with structured problem-solving ability

Skills
- Project documentation – plans, requirements, process flows, test scripts
- MS Planner, Visio, Microsoft 365 suite
- Familiarity with Power BI, data migration practices, and structured testing
- Proven experience supporting change management and user adoption
