The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets through new business generation, renewals, cross-selling and up-selling. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll build lasting customer relationships and contribute to the continued success of the local office.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve individual sales targets across Personal, Commercial and Agri insurance.
- Manage renewals, quotations, policy amendments and customer enquiries.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional insurance advice.
- Support commercial and agri account management activities.
- Assist customers with the initial notification of claims.
- Ensure all administration, compliance and regulatory requirements are completed accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, sales or customer service is desirable.
- APA, CIP or Grandfathered status is an advantage, with full support available to achieve professional qualifications.
- Target-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
