Human Resources Manager
Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22
Permanent full time - office based role
As HR Manager you will manage the Human Resources department, be the ‘People leader’ and sit on the SLT as a strategic partner while overseeing employee-related functions for 200~ Employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise employee value, engagement, and performance to drive Employee satisfaction and Business goals
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle, including job description creation, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and mediation of staff disputes.
- Implementing performance management and review systems, training programs, and career development initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to legislation, updating employee handbooks & policies, and managing risk.
- Produce HR reports when required including overtime, attendance, compliance reports etc.
- Administering payroll, pay reviews, and benefits packages.
- Manage the Time and Attendance system, liaises with departmental heads accordingly and ensure all employee information held on the system is correct and up to date.
- Ensure all payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Advising senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and company culture
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum Third Level Degree in a HR related discipline.
- Previous experience employed as a HR Manager, preferably in high volume Production / Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Employee Relations (Grievance, Disciplinary, People Management, Performance Management)
- Proficient in Time & Attendance Management systems
