A well-established hospitality business in Limerick is currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team in a standalone HR role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on generalist role and wants to be part of a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will work closely with management to support the day-to-day HR function while helping to drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day HR function and HR administration
- Support managers across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Support disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company procedures and employment legislation
- Coordinate training and ensure statutory compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor absenteeism and support people management processes
- Submit weekly payroll information
- Support wider HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
- HR qualification or currently studying towards same
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR role
- Good knowledge of Irish employment law
- Experience supporting employee relations processes
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
