A leading Cork-based manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Site Lead) to lead day-to-day HR, industrial relations, and change delivery across a large, unionised production site. This is a senior SLT role with a strong on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver site-wide change management programmes

Spend c.60% of time on the shop floor coaching leaders and embedding change

Drive organisational and cultural change through organisational design and the HR roadmap

Lead all industrial relations activity for the site, working closely with trade unions

Ensure HR best practice and legislative compliance

Partner with all site functions, providing visible, pragmatic HR leadership

Align site activity with central programmes and requirements

Lead and develop the site HR team
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ HR leadership experience

Proven experience in a highly unionised environment (essential)

Track record of delivering transformation and change programmes

Experience working within complex, multidisciplinary operations

Credible senior leader, comfortable influencing at SLT level
