HR / People Business Partner

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused HR / People Business Partner to help shape an engaging, high-performing workplace.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting managers, and creating people practices that enable both employees and the business to thrive. You'll lead the day-to-day HR function while driving initiatives that improve employee experience, compliance, performance, and culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain great talent.
  • Leading employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Supporting performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Managing absence, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and producing people metrics and reports.
  • Supporting organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
  • Helping create a positive, inclusive, and values-led workplace culture.
  • Payroll Support

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience in a senior HR Generalist or HR BP role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing recruitment and talent development.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred) or equivalent experience.
