Location: Tralee ( Hybrid also available )
Contract: Full-time, Minimum 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: €50k - €60k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. Our client delivers end-to-end renewable energy solutions, from manufacturing and installation to ongoing maintenance and repair, supporting their clients throughout the lifecycle of their assets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Lead and support investigations, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive and deliver HR projects and initiatives across the organisation.
- Support Global Mobility activities, including visa applications, tax-related queries, and travel documentation.
- Contribute to compensation and reward processes, including salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to support talent development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Full clean driving licence.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
- Experience supporting global mobility and international employee movements.
