I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a HR People Partner with a strong background in employment law. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees while contributing to key HR projects and initiatives.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role with 1–2 days per week required in the office
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on employment law, agency employment law, and HR best practices to managers and staff.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and conflict resolution in a consistent and professional manner.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing change projects, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Guide managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, staying updated on legal and HR best practices.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
- Strong knowledge of employment and agency employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full driver’s license, with access to a car and willingness to travel as required.
