I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a HR People Partner with a strong background in employment law. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees while contributing to key HR projects and initiatives.

12-Month Specified Purpose Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with 1–2 days per week required in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on employment law, agency employment law, and HR best practices to managers and staff.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations and conflict resolution in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing change projects, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Guide managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, staying updated on legal and HR best practices.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and agency employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full driver’s license, with access to a car and willingness to travel as required.
