I am currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established aviation organisation based in Shannon. Reporting to the Global HR Director, this is a fully onsite role supporting operational teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
This is a hands-on, operational HR role with a strong focus on employee relations, stakeholder management, and recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with site managers and leadership teams, particularly within a busy production/hangar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring when required
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management, engagement, and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes
- Deliver regular HR reporting and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across site and wider business
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR operational or HRBP role
- Strong employee relations experience, particularly handling complex cases
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Confident working independently and able to hit the ground running
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of payroll processes and HR systems
- Experience in manufacturing, aviation, or similar environments is advantageous
