Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast paced, manufacturing organisation based in Co. Cavan. The successful applicant will have strong employee relations experience and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with managers and employees across the organisation, supporting the full employee life cycle from recruitment and development to engagement and employee relations.
  • Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, including attendance, performance management and employee relations, providing coaching and guidance to support effective engagement and development conversations.
  • Manage employee relations cases fairly and consistently, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives, while supporting recruitment activities as required.
  • Provide accurate HR data, insights and reporting to support informed decision-making, and maintain up-to-date, user-friendly HR policies and procedures.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will promote best practice in people management across the business.

  • Minimum of five year's experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR best practice and Irish employment legislation.
  • Confident in managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and solutions-driven.
  • Able to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.
