FRS Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established client based in Newbridge, who are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role supporting HR operations across 8 locations, with the central hub based in Newbridge.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR administrative support, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR team

Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding and employee documentation

Assisting with payroll administration and liaising with relevant stakeholders

Maintaining accurate HR records and employee files

Supporting HR activities across multiple sites (8 locations)

Handling HR-related queries from employees and management

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
-
Previous experience in an HR Administration role is highly advantageous

Strong organisational and administrative skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
