Experienced HR Administrator required to join a fast paced, collaborative HR team with a production company based in Co. Cavan. This position will provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the site. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR knowledge and enjoys supporting both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR support across the business
- Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files
- Support management and employees with HR queries
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Liaise with payroll regarding employee changes
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a production environment
- Knowledge of current employment legislation
- A diploma or higher in HR, Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and proficient in HR Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
