We are currently recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants / Home Support Workers.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and who are willing to relocate within Ireland where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal, social and emotional care to clients in their own homes.
  • Deliver care in accordance with each client's individual care plan.
  • Support clients with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Provide practical and emotional support in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete detailed care reports.
  • Follow all relevant company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • Apply appropriate infection prevention and control practices.
  • Travel to and from client's homes to provide care.
  • Attend relevant training and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals where required.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a health or social care setting.
  • Experience supporting older people and/or individuals with disabilities.
  • A recognised QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification, or a relevant QQI Level 7/Social Care qualification or European equivalent.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Availability to work day and evening shifts, including weekends.
  • Reliable, dependable and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication and practical skills.
  • A caring, compassionate and person-centred approach.
