Full-Time Positions Available
We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our a residential care services across Ireland.
This is a rewarding and hands-on role where you will support residents with daily routines, personal care, education attendance and social activities while helping them develop independence in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support young people in a residential care setting

Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Support residents with health needs and medication routines
-
Accompany residents to school/day services and community activities
-
Encourage independence, life skills and social development

Follow care plans, behaviour support strategies and safeguarding procedures
-
Maintain accurate records and work closely with the care team
Requirements
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, Social Care or related discipline
Full clean Irish driving licence (essential)
Experience supporting individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities
is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate and reliable approach
