Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care in clients’ homes
- Follow care plans and complete tasks properly
- Maintain client dignity, safety, and wellbeing
- Monitor condition and report changes immediately
- Keep accurate records
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience in care (professional or personal)
- QQI Level 5 (or working towards it – training provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Full clean driving licence (essential for Wicklow)
- Ability to pass Garda vetting and provide references
- Legal right to work in Ireland
Pay Structure (Based on Qualification)
- Tiered rates depending on QQI status and experience
- Paid half-hour call rates
