EHS Specialist
Dublin Airport | €45,000–€55,000 DOE | Permanent
We are recruiting an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist for a Dublin Airport-based role with an established organisation.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced H&S/EHS professional to take responsibility for health, safety and environmental compliance while developing their experience within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures and Safety Statements
- Complete risk assessments, audits, inspections and H&S investigations
- Provide H&S advice and support to managers and employees
- Deliver safety training and promote a positive safety culture
- Monitor Irish H&S and environmental legislation and ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 14001
- Manage environmental compliance, waste and associated programmes
- Liaise with the HSA, EPA, Local Authorities and other external bodies
- Support external audits, inspections and investigations
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate EHS documentation
What we're looking for
- Qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in a similar EHS/H&S role
- Strong knowledge of Irish H&S and environmental legislation
- Experience with ISO 14001/ Environmental Management Systems
- Experience in risk assessments, auditing, investigations and report writing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full professional fluency in English

Salary: €45,000–€55,000 DOE
