Our client, a leading food manufacturing company based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Health & Safety graduate or junior EHS professional looking to develop their career within a large production environment. You will work closely with an experienced Health & Safety Manager and receive ongoing training, development, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support site safety inspections and audits
- Assist with accident and incident investigations
- Support risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives
- Maintain Health & Safety records and documentation
- Deliver toolbox talks and support safety training
- Prepare Health & Safety reports and assist with compliance activities
Requirements
- Health & Safety qualification or relevant third-level education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach
- Valid right to work in Ireland
- Living within commutable distance to Nenagh
