The Role

My client, a leading provider of specialist clinical software solutions within a regulated healthcare-adjacent sector, is seeking a skilled, dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join their Dublin 15 operations. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.

This role will play a key part in driving global growth of the organisation’s flagship SaaS product portfolio, supporting both digital and in-person marketing strategies across international markets.

Extensive experience marketing SaaS products is essential for this role.

As Head of Marketing, you will lead the organisation’s global marketing strategy, driving product growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement while leading high-performing teams.

Tasks & Duties

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team across product, brand, and client digital marketing functions, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to drive SaaS product adoption, lead generation, and revenue growth across international markets.
  • Own brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market strategies for major product initiatives, including global launches and ongoing product evolution.
  • Drive demand generation strategy using data-led insights to optimise lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and CRO leadership to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and revenue targets.
  • Maximise impact of industry events, conferences, and partnerships as core drivers of brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee client-focused marketing initiatives, ensuring strong customer engagement, retention, and account growth strategies.
  • Translate customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree advantageous.
  • 10+ years’ progressive marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years driving lead generation within a B2B environment.
  • Extensive, hands-on experience marketing SaaS products is essential. This must include owning positioning, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and product-led growth initiatives for SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling SaaS products globally, driving measurable revenue growth through integrated digital and in-person campaigns.
  • Proven success leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data, performance metrics, and market insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
