The Role

My client, a leading software solutions provider is seeking a skilled, dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join their operations based in Dublin 15. This is a full time, permanent, hybrid position.

As the Head of Marketing you will lead the organisations global marketing strategy, driving product growth and brand impact across digital and in-person channels, while inspiring and managing high-performing teams.

Tasks & Duties

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture across product, brand, and client digital marketing.
  • Mentor and empower team members with guidance, support, and development opportunities to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that drives product growth, brand awareness, and business outcomes.
  • Define clear brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.
  • Lead the growth of key products through strategic digital campaigns, in-person initiatives, and major international launches.
  • Drive data-driven marketing strategies, optimising lead generation, conversion, and campaign performance.
  • Maximise brand visibility and qualified leads through targeted industry events, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Oversee client-focused marketing efforts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating insights into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, informed by analytics, competitive research, and market trends.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring marketing initiatives remain client-centric and deliver measurable impact.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven experience in launching major products globally and driving growth through integrated online and in-person marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organisation and with clients.
  • A collaborative, results-driven, and analytical mindset - passionate about inspiring teams, promoting an inclusive culture, and leveraging data to guide strategic marketing decisions.
  • Candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
