Join a dynamic group as Head of IT to lead its technology function across infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise systems. You will drive a major ERP implementation and shape the group's IT and AI strategy across a multi-site operation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned to group business objectives, including digital transformation and AI initiatives.
- Lead and drive the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a group-wide Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
- Ensure high-availability IT infrastructure across a distributed, multi-site operation.
- Own cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance and data protection.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of circa 10 across infrastructure, cybersecurity and business systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships and external technology partners.
Candidate profile
- Proven leadership experience in a Head of IT, IT Director or senior IT Manager capacity.
- Strong track record with ERP systems
- Experience managing IT across multi-site or distributed operational environments.
- Solid grounding in cybersecurity, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior/leadership level.
- Strong people leadership and team development capability.
